Training / Boarding Rates 2010

Amenitites Include- Indoor (80x100) Outdoor(100x120) Arena, Heated Barn, Heated Office/Bathroom, Tack Room,Feed Room, Daily Turnout, Stalls Cleaned DAILY, Fed on Schedule 2x daily. Clean, Friendly, Enviroment.

• Training - $700 (board included)
• Maintenance Training- $550- for broke horses to keep in shape or maintain (board included)
• Indoor Board  - $325
• Outdoor Board - $250 ($100 horse thereafter)
• Lessons-  $30 per hour, 1/2 hour lessons avail.
• Show Fees - $30 per day horses IN training or $50 per day NON training horses
• Banding - $25
• Braiding - $50
• Show Clip - $25
• Clean up Clip - $15
• Vet Fees & Farrier fees will be the sole responsibility of the owner
• Stall, shavings and entries are the sole responsibility of the owners, and will be prebilled. Horses not paid up will not go show.
• Hauling - $.65 per mile for any hauling with a $50 minimum
  (The show trailer fills first, if you choose to haul regardless, hauling remains the same, $.65 per mile, for travel expenses, if the trailer is not full)
• Hotel - will be divided equally among clients, and If I bring one of my own, TO SHOW, I add myself into that.
• Food, tolls, supplies, (per diem),etc., will also be divided among clients.
• 25% of all monies won while in training or under the guidance of Jodie Janssen, will be the percentage paid to Jodie Janssen.
• Commissions - %10 of the purchase, or buying price will be paid to Jodie Janssen if her services were hired.
• Insurance - Is the responsibility of the owner of the horse that is either boarding or in training at Jodie Janssen Show Horses. We will not be held liable for injury or death to any animal.
• Auction Preparation and handling-30 day minimum training required and 5% of final sale price, $250 no sale fee applies.
• Photography/Video Preparation - $50.00
• Lessons With Training Horses- 2 lessons included per month
• Billing - All invoices will be mailed by the 1st of the month and are due upon receipt. A non negotiable late fee will be added to bills not received by the 15th of each month. Bills not paid, Jodie Janssen Show Horses has the right to the lien of the animal, and any expense the animal incurs during this time, the owner will be held accountable for. The animal will not be released until the bill has been paid in full with a cashiers check or money order. Any Bad Checks received by Jodie Janssen will incur an automatic $75 handling fee.
• IN 2010 all owners that are showing their own horses, will be required to participate from beginning of show till end of show from unloading the trailer, setting up, chores, grooming, stalls, lunging to bathing and loading the trailer as well. etc. This is not a one person job, showing is a reward and a team effort. Day fees will be charged for each day at the show grounds.
